The body is entirely exfoliated by a dry brushing technique, then an oil is placed on the body and wrapped in mylar to ensure deep hydration.  Then the oil is removed with hot towels and then moisturized with a hydrator based on your skins needs.

Our licensed massage therapist and certified stretching technician will assist in multiple types of stretches and manipulating the body to relieve tension and tightness.  Service is performed clothed and on a massage table.

Cupping uses a cup to pull an area of skin into a suction that decompresses muscles and connective tissue. This promotes blood flow to the compromised area, enhances circulation and helps to increase the body's own healing processes, as well as helping the body release toxins.  Approximately 30 minutes.

Radio frequency devices use safe levels of low-frequency electromagnetic waves to generate heat. This heat penetrates deep into your skin's layers. Ultrasonic cavitation reduces the body's fat deposits that could be hard to get rid of by exercising alone. However, this procedure cannot be used for weight loss treatment on its own. Ultrasonic cavitation is best for reducing cellulite and adipose fat. This improves body shape and contour and reduces circumference.  Pairs great with our Cryoskin Body Treatments.
