At The Salty Moon we take great pride in our services and our products that we sell.

Our refund and return policy is state below, along with our cancellation and no-show policy.

You may purchase gift certificates conveniently online or in-store for the perfect present. Whether you're shopping for a loved one's birthday or looking for a last-minute gift, our gift certificates are a versatile and thoughtful choice.

GIFT CARDS CANNOT BE USED FOR DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR ANY SPA DAY EXPERIENCES OR PACKAGES (which are already reduced).  Gift Cards can only be used on full price services and products.  This is due to the fact we offer discounts on gift certificates from time to time and we can only offer one discount to keep our pricing, as well as our staff's commission, fairly priced.

Credit Card on File & Billing Adjustments

A valid credit card is required to remain on file for all appointments and services. In the event of a billing error, we reserve the right to correct the transaction. If an undercharge occurs, the card on file may be charged for the difference, just as we would promptly issue a refund in the event of an overcharge. A receipt will always be emailed, and a follow-up phone call will be made to inform you of the adjustment. We appreciate your understanding that mistakes, while rare, can happen and will always be handled with fairness and transparency.

All packages expire 1 year after your last visit. All monthly membership credits expire after 60 days. All yearly memberships expire 1 year after purchase.

Payments for classes & workshops are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment time.  Due to limited space in our waiting area, we kindly ask that anyone arriving 20+ minutes prior for their appointment or any accompanying guest without an appointment to please wait outside.

• A 3.6% Business Operatio fee applies to all transactions unless paying in cash.
• A valid credit card is required for every appointment, regardless of payment type you chose to use the day of your appointment.
• No refunds on any packages, retail products, membership fees, classes, workshops or services that have already been charged.
• No exchanges or refunds on retail products or packages, no exceptions.  In the event an electronic item does not function properly, you have 2 weeks to return the item for a store credit only.
• Memberships (except for Cryoskin and Unlimited Salt Cave) require a 6 month agreement and need to be cancelled prior to the next billing date, no refunds will be given for unused credits or charges prior to cancellation.
• All workshops and classes are non-refundable, no exceptions.
• Gift cards for use on all full price services and products.
• All memberships, except Cryoskin, require a 6 month commitment. 
• Gift cards are subject to a $2 a month dormancy fee after 24 months.
• Please note that all sales are final. We are a small business and take the utmost pride with our services offered and our products that we sell.
• All retail sales are final sale. No refunds for services rendered or prepaid memberships that are canceled. Your Cryoskin tech may change and is not a guarantee.
• There is a $35 no-show fee/cancelation fee/appointment changes (to a lesser amount) under 24 hours, or if you are late to your appointment by over 10 minutes. This applies to each appointment or add-on. Party of 2 or more have a $100 cancelation fee per technician.
